"Can't update this collection." error

I am getting the following error after creating a new collection and attempting to publish it (Lightroom 6.12 on Mac OS X).

It looks like a workaround is to create an album with the exact same name using the Web UI.

After some more testing, this is not the case. I can get it to publish once, but I get the error above if I try to re-publish modified photos, at the very least. There may be other things that cause it that I haven't figured out yet. But it is definitely a deal-breaker issue at the moment.

The logs don't seem to have any more information in them than the error message.

I have the same Problem. After 70 pictures the Transfer stopps and the error Windows pops up. Is there any solution for this Problem?
