Name does not apply

I configured the export options to rename to a date_time.jpg scheme, that works perfectly with a normal export.
But in Google Photos they get renamed to year-month-day.jpg
This leads to a lot of duplicate filenames, since all photos of one day have the same name.
I'm noticing this as well
It seems to be renaming them to the date of upload as well, not the date it was taken
