Very few city names in Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, and Sierra Leone

In fact, I can't find any in those countries. http://maps.stamen.com/toner/#7/10.563/-11.173 Also, still no cities when you zoom in.
The capital cities of those countries are missing in Aries Magic List (see stamen/aries-magic-list#7, stamen/aries-magic-list#8, stamen/aries-magic-list#9), but there should be more cities showing up.
