Existing user on Android cannot create tribes

Problem
Android does not offering the option to create tribes. Version 1.0.0
Solution
We were not allowing to create tribes for vitual nodes. We enabled it back on iOS and Mac, but we didn’t on Android. So for now that option is disabled, but TomT will add it in next release going out in the following days once I have push notifications issues fixed.
