Hello, thank you for this amazing repository as a resource to make our webpages. :)
I find myself needing help debugging an issue I face. Adding a new publication, e.g. https://github.com/jen-web/jen-web.github.io/blob/master/_publications/2012-10-07-anaphora-resolution-number-6.md , doesn't show up in the list of publications on the webpage https://jen-web.github.io/publications/ . Would really appreciate if pointed in the right direction of the use of these pages w.r.t. this issue.

Soon after opening the issue I finally figured the one had to run the relevant scripts in https://github.com/jen-web/jen-web.github.io/tree/master/markdown_generator to obtain the "*.md" files
