(api.)dev.ssllabs.com ist not available

Since at least Jan, 17th dev.ssllabs.com and api.dev.ssllabs.com are not available.
The IPs are not pingable.

We have stopped those servers as we were not maintaining those anymore. We request you to please use www.ssllabs.com
Please confirm if there is any specific need of dev.ssllabs.com

The normal server returned a JSON format error on some calls, where the dev server returned a valid reply.
The problem seems to be fixed now.
