Assessment failed: Unexpected failure

Hi
We recently added an ECC cert to our Global HTTPS Application (Classic) GCP Load Balancer (Premium network tier) and ran SSL Lab's SSL Server Tests against the endpoint to check for any issues.
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=api.karatepay.com&hideResults=on
The test resulted in a "Assessment failed: Unexpected failure" error.
We also tried this with the Development version with the same results:
https://dev.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=api.karatepay.com&hideResults=on&latest
Our endpoint works fine for us. I've tested it using other tools like:
- https://observatory.mozilla.org/analyze/api.karatepay.com
- https://cryptcheck.fr/https/api.karatepay.com
and they report no issues.
I was wondering whether the "Unexpected failure" result is a bug with the SSL Server Tests or if there is genuinely something wrong with our setup.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
