Problem replicating example

Thanks so much for the package here.

I installed with no problem, and can run the example script. However, I find that the resulting fluxes are about a factor of 10 too low, compared to the plot provided with the example (https://qoccm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples.html). The example result seems physically reasonable. I think that somewhere in the model there is a missing factor of 10.

Issue was in the timestep, works if use 1 year timestep.
