A music recommendation app built using the SpotiPy library for python

Built using:

• Flask
• Spotipy
• Pandas
• Scikit Learn

How to set up the project:

1. git clone https://github.com/Sparsh-mahajan/Spoti-Rec.git
2. open a terminal inside the project directory and in the terminal, type
   • virtualenv venv
   • venv\Scripts\activate
   • pip install -r requirements.txt

To do:

• improve frontend
• improve database of songs to get better recommendations
• add a feature to get recommendations from Spotify's own recommendation engine.
