Add a part for NodeMCU v0.9, too

First of all: thanks for creating this part!
But sadly I have a bunch of v0.9 boards, which have a different footprint. They are very common (see eBay or AliExpress) and sold under different names (e.g. "NodeMCU V3").
The main difference is, that they are a little wider.

It would be really great to have a NodeMCU v0.9 part, too :-)
