Get-GAGroup missing parameters

As per this comment, parameters such as customer and domain are missing from Get-GAGroup. API reference is here.
These will be added and updated in tandem with issue #27 - the logic for the Customer parameter needs to have the -Domain parameter updated before we can finish this.
Fix will appear in next release, at which point this will be closed.
