Themable Notice Icons

Feature request
Maker should allow users to use their own icon set for all components. Currently, the Notice component internally uses Feather Icons and doesn't allow any customization.
Why?
Users have their own icon sets with their own icon styles they would like to use across all of the components and elements of their site. The hardcoded icons used in MNotice can clash with the site-style, so they should be made themable.
