Revoke command should allow CRL validity specification

Revoke command creates expired CRL. I've found this out when tried to use certstrap-produced CRL with nginx which performs expiry check on CRL.
Updated the description now that #97 is merged
Any chance we can get a new release cut to fix the original description?
