Improper window sizing on startup

Hi,
First, thanks for creating Wabbitemu. As a student it's been super helpful, and convenient.
I installed Wabbit on a new Windows 10 laptop recently and it is not the correct size at startup (it clips off part of the calculator). I also tried this with a different skin, with the same issue. Resizing the window fixes it, but it always starts up at a size taking up the full screen height (despite what I set it to) and with the issue shown below cutting the side off.

This is a bug with the latest release, if you download the previous release, this bug does not exist
You can click the maximize icon at the top right to see the whole calculator.
Workaround: use version 1.9.5.21.
The current version is 1.9.5.22 and it is the exact same as 1.9.5.21 except it reintroduces bugs as mentioned in the codes' comments so I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Although it has been a long time so for now just use 1.9.5.21 which is the exact same in terms of functionality and doesn't have that annoying bug.
- 1.9.2.22
- Allow any size skin (and possibly brought back some bugs with skin scaling)
- Remove record AVI option which is not currently working
