Add a recipe on Wavefront tracing for Stream apps

Given that the latest stream apps now can be instrumented for Wavefront/TO tracing, it'd be useful to have a section on this subject.
Perhaps under the Feature Guides; maybe as Stream Tracing?
It'd be useful to demonstrate with a simple custom source stream-app with the latest log-sink app as a combination, and showcase how to navigate to the Wavefront/TO GUI (screenshots) to view the traces.
If there are any caveats or version compatibility (with dependencies) requirements, please call them out as Note's, as well.
