Spotify Maven Plugin is archived

https://github.com/spotify/dockerfile-maven recommended in this guide is not maintained anymore and the repository has been archived. I believe it should be removed from the guide to prevent folks from using outdated deps from the start.
Do you have an alternative suggestion? My reading of the README is that the product is mature - i.e. stable and critical bug fixes will be applied - not unmaintained.
