The "get started from scratch" link does not work on the guide

I am looking at the page:
https://spring.io/guides/gs/multi-module/

And there is a link for "To start from scratch, move on to [scratch]."

When clicking "scratch" doesn't do anywhere since there is no tag of that name anywhere in the page.
