Increase AT coverage for TAS/K8s deployments

Some characteristics to pay attention to:
- Apps: 2.x / 3.x
- Broker: Kafka / RMQ
- TAS: 2.9, 2.10? (definitely LTS1, 2 etc.)
- K8s: 1.19, 1.20?
@tzolov: As discussed, let's identify the gaps and add them to this epic. This becomes the foundation-level coverage we want to go after and harden the code-paths for production deployments.
