Carve out new set of pipelines to run the ATs on SCDF Pro

As we continue to push the releases out, it'd be important to continue to run the ATs on the SCDF PRO, as well.
Let's clone the vanilla K8s pipelines and run them against the PRO variant.
We may have to create a robot account to resolve the PRO images from https://registry.pivotal.io.
