Two-factor authentication to become mandatory on Spotify repos

Hi @jhermann,
From 1st of June onwards it is not possible to contribute to any repositories owned by Spotify without having two-factor authentication enabled.
Since I can't see if you have it enabled on your account, please just close the ticket if you already have it. Otherwise, if you wish to continue to contribute to dh-virtualenv, enable it according to the documentation on Github
