Front page versions do not work (they are older versions)

Describe the bug
The readme in the repo point to 2 versions; neither link works.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the github repo
2. Click on either version link (i.e. 4.17)
3. Note you get a 404

Expected behavior
The workshop page for that version
