Enhancing the initial portion of the workshop to use the O11y Cloud UI

Following a chat with @rcastley I would like to propose a small change to section #2 of the Splunk IM workshop. We currently install the collector with copy & paste instructions. I propose we use the built-in "add integration" wizard to simplify the process. Make GDI easy.. . ;)
Great idea @dophir-splunk ... use the wizard initially then use helm upgrade to add the NGINX monitoring piece. I am even tempted to swap out NGINX for PHP/Apache and add the loadgen pod as well to save people manually having to generate traffic to light up the dashboards.
Also, probably need to move over to Navigator 2 as well!
Indeed a good idea need to keep an eye out to changes in the gdi ui….
But will rework it to match current version
Closing this issue as we are completely refactoring the Splunk4Rookies experience and moving to a Users vs. Ninja experience.
