This repository could home a reusable CLA Agreement workflow that could be used in other Splunk repositories.

One is already created one is created here and it could be migrated to this repository.
Here is an example usage.

The GitHub Action should be released each time the GitHub Action is changed (e.g. the https://github.com/contributor-assistant/github-action is bumped).
