As we upgrade our code from spine-rails 0.1.0 to 0.1.2 we are having some of our tests fail and it would be really nice to have a place that I could look to get some clues about what got changed in this release. A changelog file would serve this purpose.

we have made some attempt to keep a changelog here: https://github.com/spine/spine/wiki/Changelog is there a specific convention on github for a changelog in the repo like there is for a readme?

The changelog on the wiki was useful. I think even better would be to have it reside in the root of the project.
