hm-modules: randbg: not restarted on new Hyprland sessions

Perhaps this is best fixed with Unit.After? Unfortunately the script doesn't take into account the possibility of multiple sessions. This should change, because currently the script just kills all instances of swaybg unconditionally. It should keep track of the processes it starts, and only kill those.
