Edit The Wiki to Avoid User Confusion

This wiki could potentially confuse a new user of ntia-conformance-checker
. I recommend archiving or deleting it. Thoughts?
I think we should keep it as a record of the original GSoC contribution, but make it clear it was the genesis of this project, but not the current state.
Perhaps we could just rename the "HOME" title to "Project Origin" and add a section at the top "Project Origin and Overview" with a text something like "This project originated as a Google Summer of Code project described in the sections below. It is currently being maintained as part of the SPDX community and may no longer match the details described below. See the Project README for the current state".
