Invocation of user-defined Docker containers

We are currently missing two functionalities - local Docker registries and configuration of container launch.
- Add Dockerfiles for base images with executor.
- Pass Docker image name - right now, it's hardcoded.
- Disable loading .so from memory
- Add a Docker-based index of the function.
