AlertView: change frame to all screen

Hi, one more thing,
is possible to set the frame alertView to all screen. UIScreen.main.bounds.height and width, in order to cover also navbar and tab bar?
i'm trying but i can't do it.

Honestly alert not ready for use in this case. I even not debug it.
