Loading SparkFun-2-layer-STANDARD.dru file fails and gives an error:

I tried to load "SparkFun-2-layer-STANDARD.dru" into Eagle 8.3.2, it didn't load and gave the error: "Parse error in design rules File" (directory) "line 1".
Can you please help I would like to submit a board to be made in the next few days.
Sorry for the really slow reply! We've since upgraded our DRUs that should resolve this issue on Eagle v9.
