Remove Artemis-based boards from definition file

Hi folks,

The board definition file included in this repository is intended for AVR and SAMD boards and shouldn't include any references to Artemis-based boards. This is confusing for end-users, who are limited to installing the out-of-date v1.2.1 of the Apollo3 Core when using the Arduino IDE Boards Manager without the correct Apollo3 JSON URL.
