DocBlockr no longer show up in Sublime Install Package?

When I try to install DocBlockr using the Install Package command it no longer shows up in the list of available packages? Is it dead, or somehow broken?

Same thing happening to me on El Capitan running Sublime Text Build 3083.
Edit: Turns out after I listed my installed packages, I already had DocBlokr installed.
