[ENG-1018] Favourite locations

Related to ephemeral locations, we should add support for "bookmarked"/commonly accessed locations which the user would like to access quickly. This could be a custom directory within Documents, a random directory within Desktop, or anywhere on the system which may want to be accessed quickly.
A great example would be my ~~/Code directory - having quick access to this within the app would make things a lot more usable with ephemeral locations - I wouldn't want to index my huge code directory, but I would like to access it quickly and easily via a bookmark/shortcut.
@niikeec suggested this idea, and if I've written this up incorrectly I'm more than open for him to come in and correct the functionality! This was mentioned during the weekly meeting.
