Default properties on new space

Expected Behavior

Default values for color, stroke, stroke_color, and so on should be set when a new space is created.

Actual Behavior

When a new space is created tool properties values are those of last used space.

Possible Solution

Reset tool properties to default values when a new space is created.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1.Open a previously created space
2.Select an artifact and change fill color for example
3.Close the space
4.Create a new space
5. Default fill color is set to last used value.
