Left Panel is Report should be expandable

Today the left panel of the generated report/documentation is not expandable, given APIs that are long we cannot view them fully
Perhaps we could add something like https://github.com/RickStrahl/jquery-resizable to make the left panel resizable. I'll mark it as a feature request and maybe someone who needs it would like to add it to the project.
