Assertion hit in call to `getUsingSymbol`

[11:07:35 error] worker 0 : Exception::raise(): indexer/SymbolFormatter.cc:596 enforced condition false has failed: called getUsingSymbol for llvm::BumpPtrAllocatorImpl<>::Allocate at /Users/varun/Code/llvm-under-test/llvm/include/llvm/Support/Allocator.h:213:3 (FileID); call getUsingShadowSymbol instead
Seems to have come about in #295
Fixed by #301
