npm install fails on windows

When running npm install on windows I get the following error:

Thanks for the report. It looks like it may be due to the Mac terminal commands I'm using. I'm not familiar with Windows and don't have access to one right now so it may take a little bit to fix this. Please feel free to create a PR if you are able to fix it.
