Right now it can be tedious to insert new ordered content, especially when iterating. The cli and vs code plugin should help here and offer an easy way to target a directory and present a simple interface for reordering files. This could also help with scaffolding new content or transitioning content to being ordered.
Initial filename renumbering utility added here.
