LOCALISATION: When Units of Measure are changed to Imperial, other languages still callout distances in English

Repro Steps:

Change the language from English to another language e.g., French
On the Home UI, select the Around Me button
Listen to the callouts

Expected Results:
Distances will be called out in the selected language. The words "feet" and "miles" will also be localised

Actual Results:
The words "feet" and "miles" are called out in English

The cause is probably the same as #50 and #43. I expect the change noted in the latter (reverting inexplicably deleted translation strings) should fix this.

@steinbro Looks good. Verified in build 1.0.0 (9).

Although I am sure the French voice is saying "Miles" in English rather than in French. Could be a voice issue rather than a Soundscape issue. Closing for now and waiting on further feedback from our non-English speakers.
