Unlink Openscape fork from parent Soundscape repo

Now that we're 100+ commits beyond Soundscape, we should become our own root repository. While there was some value in showing up as the most active fork, there are some downsides, like new pull requests defaulting to merge with Soundscape rather than Openscape. Also, activity in a repo fork doesn't show up on a developer's profile until it's merged with the root repo.
It's apparently a slightly nontrivial process https://ralphjsmit.com/unfork-github-repo
