Time for a new release?

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a new release of this gem. It seems like there have been some things merged, but never released (like this #39).

I need to fix the https://github.com/soundcloud/lhm/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md first, as we had 2 releases that didnt include changes in there (2.0.0, 2.1.0) .

So far for 2.2.0, #39 #67 are the new additions, also need to add that to the CHANGELOG.
