Upload without configfile

I'd like to use gas-manager more instantly.
So, I hope to use gas-manager like as below:
$ gas upload --id "xxxx gas.project.id xxxx" --src path/file.1 path/file.2 path/file.3
In case of using ant(build.xml), that's very useful.
Fix at 685917d :)
I've released gas-manager v0.4.0.
then it include that version.
Please check it.
