Can not scan in Citrix environment

Hi,
I'm using NTwain with Net Core 6 to communicate with the scanner.
In the local environment it works just fine, but in the production environment- Citrix environment, the scanner is recognized but when scanning starts, the xferReady messages do not arrive, and the scan not working.
old library in the Citrix env works fine.
What can be the problem?
