Move 'show tags on HNQ hover' feature to its own

Not sure which option in my SOX settings does this:
I was unable to find anything suitable in the options to turn this on/off. Not sure whether it being there adds any value since the tags come from the original question on the target site... something I might not be affiliated with (and therefore would not care fore).
Any help would be appreciated.
Using Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (32-bit).

Hmm, seems like this feature is under "Filter the hot network questions by their attributes" which admittedly is a very bad name/description!
I'll see if moving it out into it's own feature might make more sense as soon as I can!

I've moved this out to it's own feature in dev 2.5.23 :)
