Support archived/reference implementations from 9 to 13 as of today.

Browse https://jdk.java.net/archive/ for all archived GA releases.

If only jdk.java.net provided an index for their releases. S/t like proposed here: https://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/web-discuss/2018-May/000533.html
