Support Early-Access Releases

Support any build from https://jdk.java.net
In addition to the feature release numbers (9 to16 as of today), there are the following builds available:
- Lanai
- Loom
- Metropolis
- Panama
- Valhalla
If a non-integer feature is given, try to resolve the current build matching the target platform on-the-fly.
