Please remove swap/tranffer flag from file template and swap section from the first screen

Due to the small liquidity pools we can't use ADAR for the swap transfers now, just for transfers.
So let't remove (under feature flag ) this opportunity till the liquidity pools become big enough. It will help to reduce regress during Sora backend changes.
So could you please remove swap/transfer flag from file template and the swap selection from the first screen.
In case if there is a swap flag in uploaded file, just ignore it.
