Add info-points to the Processing routing templates screen

The text will be too long to add directly into the screen, so we can add an "info" icon that displays the text on hover to give more context to the user if they are not sure why something is happening the way it is
Transfer section:
This section includes any transactions for which a swap is not necessary, or that was indicated as a transfer in the uploaded file.
Swap section:
This section includes any transactions for which a swap will be necessary and that was not indicated as a transfer in the uploaded file.
