AllTop.meetWith(otherFunction) should return AllTop

Looks like a leftover from 8e59e82.
A dual change would be required in AllBottom, and the solver has to be modified to make the default JumpFns AllBottom instead of AllTop.
Oh no, now I've confused myself and have it backwards! Never mind 😄
