Cannot type in most input fields when run as vst3 plugin in carla-single

When adding SonoBus vst3 in Bitwig, attempts to write into most input fields have no effect. I am running the latest version of SonoBus installed via apt repo.
I can reproduce the issue in Ubuntu 23.04 and 23.10, running the default Ubuntu desktop environment.
What doesn't work:
- All input fields in the Connect screen, both private and public
- Naming input channels
- Specifying specific UDP port
This seems related to #176
