taro3.6默认模板，按照文档使用postcss-rem-to-responsive-pixel，会导致h5的px转为rpx，样式不生效

我又装了tailwindcss-rem2px-preset这个插件，配置后在h5和微信小程序都是正常的。
之后我注释掉切回去想复现问题截图，发现又正常了，没有复现出来
